As we specialize in custom products, the order processing time may take between 12 to 15 business days. Once we receive your order and accept it, we will send you an order confirmation via email, which will include your order number, details of the Product(s) ordered, and a reference to these Terms and Conditions. Additionally, after your order is confirmed and the design is approved, we will share an invoice with you.

 

For any further communication or inquiries regarding your order, we will reach out to you via WhatsApp or Instagram, as these are our primary channels for order-related updates.

 

Your order is considered accepted once you receive the order confirmation email. The order confirmation email serves as your proof of purchase, and we recommend you store it for your records.

 

4. Prices, Shipping and Handling Charges, and Taxes

All prices for the products on our Online Store are available upon inquiry. We do not list fixed prices on the website, as each order is customized, and pricing depends on the specific requirements of the product. Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, we will begin preparing your custom product. As our products are made-to-order, the processing time typically takes between 12 to 15 business days. Once your order is ready for shipment, we will notify you with the estimated delivery date.

Standard International Shipping: Delivery times generally range from 5 to 8 business days depending on the country and service selected.

Tax-Free Shipping to Selected European Countries: We offer a special tax-free shipping service for certain European countries, with delivery times ranging from 12 to 16 business days.

 

Delivery Charges

To begin the customization and production of your order, we require a 50% upfront payment. The remaining 50% balance is due once your product is completed and ready for shipment.
