Products & Services • We specialize in custom motorcycle gear, including suits, jackets, gloves, boots, pants, vests, and riding accessories. • Due to the handmade and customized nature of our products, slight variations in color, stitching, and finishing may occur.
Custom Orders • Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements, artwork, logos, names, and customization details. • Kvell Sports is not responsible for fitting issues caused by incorrect measurements provided by the customer. • Once production has started, changes to the design, measurements, or order details may not be possible.
Pricing • All prices are displayed in the selected currency. • Prices may change without prior notice. • Shipping charges, customs duties, and local taxes are not included unless stated otherwise.
Payments • We accept payments through PayPal, Wise, WorldRemit, and bank transfers. • Production begins after the required advance payment has been received. • For installment orders, the remaining balance must be paid before shipment.
Production & Delivery • Custom production generally takes 2 to 4 weeks. • Shipping usually takes 7 to 14 business days after dispatch. • Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, holidays, weather, or courier delays.
Shipping • We ship worldwide except India and Israel. • Customers should contact us before placing an order if they’re unsure whether shipping is available to their country. • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges unless otherwise agreed.
Order Cancellation • Orders may be canceled before production begins. • Once production has started, custom orders cannot be canceled.
Returns & Exchanges • Because our products are custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless: o the wrong product was sent, o the product has a manufacturing defect, o or the product was damaged during shipping. • Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos and videos.
Warranty • We stand behind the quality of our products. • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, normal wear and tear, improper care, or modifications is not covered.
Intellectual Property All logos, product designs, images, graphics, website content, and trademarks displayed on this website belong to Kvell Sports and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
Product Images We strive to display product colors and designs accurately. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and photography.
Customer Responsibilities Customers agree to: • Provide accurate measurements and shipping information. • Review all customization details before approving production. • Ensure all submitted artwork or logos do not infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights.
Limitation of Liability Kvell Sports shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
