At Kvell Sports, customer satisfaction is our priority. As we specialize in custom-made motorcycle gear, every product is manufactured according to the customer’s unique specifications. Please read this Returns & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

  1. Custom-Made Products

Most Kvell Sports products are custom made according to the customer’s measurements, colors, logos, names, numbers, artwork, and other customization requests.

Because every order is made specifically for the customer, custom-made products are generally not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds, except under the circumstances outlined in this policy.

  1. Design Approval

Before production begins, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all design mockups, measurements, colors, logos, names, numbers, and customization details.

Once the final design has been approved and production has started, changes, cancellations, returns, or refunds based on approved customization choices cannot be accepted.

  1. Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

You received the wrong product.
The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
The product arrived damaged during shipping.
The product significantly differs from the approved order specifications.

To qualify for a return, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos and videos showing the issue.

Returned products should remain unused and in their original condition whenever possible.

  1. Refunds

Refunds may be approved only when:

Kvell Sports is unable to fulfill your order.
We shipped the wrong product and cannot provide a suitable replacement.
A verified manufacturing defect cannot reasonably be repaired or replaced.
The returned product meets the requirements of this policy.

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and processing fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or caused by our error.

  1. Exchanges

We will gladly replace products when:

The wrong item was shipped.
A verified manufacturing defect exists.
The product was damaged during shipping.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

  1. Incorrect Measurements

Customers are responsible for providing accurate body measurements.

Kvell Sports is not responsible for fitting issues caused by inaccurate or incorrect measurements supplied by the customer.

If you require assistance, our team will gladly help you understand our measurement guide before production begins.

  1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled only before production begins.

Once production has started, custom orders cannot be canceled because materials and production resources have already been allocated specifically for your order.

  1. Changes After Order Confirmation

Customers may request changes to measurements, colors, logos, names, numbers, or designs before production begins.

After production has started, modifications may no longer be possible.

  1. Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos and videos of:
The shipping package
Shipping label
Damaged product
Keep all original packaging until the claim has been reviewed.

Our team will investigate the issue and provide the most appropriate resolution.

  1. Non-Returnable Products

Unless affected by a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Custom motorcycle racing suits
Leather jackets
Riding pants
Gloves
Boots
Leather vests
Armored hoodies
Products with custom names, numbers, sponsor logos, or personalized artwork

  1. Return Shipping

If a return is approved due to an error on our part, Kvell Sports will provide instructions regarding the return process.

If the return is not caused by our error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  1. Inspection Process

Every returned product is carefully inspected by our Quality Control team before a refund, repair, or replacement is approved.

  1. Color & Material Variations

We strive to display product colors and materials as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting conditions, photography, leather texture, printing methods, and the handmade manufacturing process. These minor variations are not considered manufacturing defects.

  1. Normal Wear & Tear

This policy does not cover damage resulting from:

Normal wear and tear
Accidents or crashes
Improper use
Improper storage
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Failure to follow recommended care instructions
